WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS POSITION:
•Lead major process improvement projects and initiatives using the Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools to make positive and quantifiable improvements across the organization.
•Mentor and coach project teams about the application of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools. Build internal knowledge and skills by training and developing Yellow and Green Belts as needed.
•Establish and report on metrics using dashboards for monitoring progress, achievements and business results.
WHAT YOU MUST BRING TO THE ROLE:
•A bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and 8 plus years of business and operational leadership preferably in the financial services or related industry
•Proficiency in the Lean Six Sigma toolset (e.g. DMAIC, DFSS, Change Management, and Kaizen Events/Workouts)
•A background in coaching and mentoring of Six Sigma/Lean principles at multiple levels of an organization; excellent presentation and facilitation skills
•An ability to effectively communicate Continuous Improvement strategy, plans, proposals, and results; and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels; demonstrated ability to work with complex cross-functional teams and projects to the successful achievement of stretch goals.
