At NCCI, we’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Technology Specialist to help us drive the success of our online presence, improve communication systems, and create impactful insights through data analysis. While our headquarters is located in sunny Boca Raton, FL, this position has the potential to work remotely within the United States.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Collect, analyze, and visualize data from ncci.com, providing actionable insights and reports that drive business decisions
- Be an integral part of weekly content discussions, manage calendars, and contribute to content quality management
- Coordinate with project teams to support Marketing and Communications objectives related to ncci.com
- Support the strategy and communications third-party systems (Workfront, Active Campaign, Cvent, ON24, etc.)
- Be the go-to person for technical and functional support, ensuring business partners get the most out of our marketing and communication technologies
- Support event registration and mobile app technology for meetings and events via Cvent, and virtual meetings via virtual webinar technology
- Support division and business partners with workflows, reviews, and content creation
- Help create and review content for various communications channels (social media, web, presentations, and reports)
WHAT IT TAKES:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Marketing Research, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience executing or supporting data analytics work in a communications function (marketing and event technology systems, project management software system, virtual meetings and events)
- Strong data analytics skills and expertise with data analysis and data visualization tools (ie: Power BI)
- Experience with project management software (Adobe Workfront), event registration systems (Cvent), and virtual meeting technologies
- Understanding of marketing communication and social media practices
- Ability to create content, manage workflows, reviews, and post directly to social media channels
- Ability to think logically and remain objective while working collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Experience developing requirements for business intelligence deliverables (data extracts, data metrics, customer intelligence, data trending, management reports)
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate creative problem solving
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Certified or trained on Google Analytics or similar
