TEAM: STRATEGY & COMMUNICATIONS

OVERVIEW:

At NCCI, we’re looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist to join our Strategy & Communications teams in assisting with our internal communications needs. This includes writing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality content across multiple channels (company intranet, email, newsletters, internal social platform).

This position will work in a flexible-hybrid environment. The selected candidate must be local within a commutable distance to our Boca Raton, FL headquarters.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Corporate Communications

  • Executes the development of content for internal communications vehicles
  • Drives internal campaigns and engagement initiatives that align with company strategy, delivers clear messaging, and meets deadlines
  • Create and write other original content

Project Management

  • Manage and coordinate projects that support our communications objectives, including resource coordination

Systems & Processes

  • Manage postings to various sites (internal social platform, company intranet)
  • Leverage communications production tools and systems to distribute communications to audiences (Workfront, Google Analytics, company intranet)

WHAT IT TAKES:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of communications or related professional experience
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all stakeholders
  • The ability to generate creative concepts
  • Understanding of Internet/Intranet technology and ability to post content
  • Ability to partner and collaborate with subject matter experts and creative team to get things done
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
